Storage and Reheating Instructions

Our meals are prepared, weighed, and portioned then immediately frozen for ultimate freshness. They are freezer stable for 4-6 months. But we know you want to enjoy them long before then. We would advise taking out 1-2 days worth at a time and thawing them in the refrigerator before reheating. They can be reheated right from the freezer, but it will take a bit longer. We would reheat in 2-2:30 minute spurts mixing along the way until desired temperature. If you have a syrup or teriyaki or any other sauce cup, please take that out before reheating and gently reheat that on its own.

 

IMPORTANT:  As it pertains to the Overnight Oats and Protein Cheesecakes, let them defrost in the refrigerator before eating. They can be reheated from a frozen state, but use the defrost setting on the microwave and periodically check every 60-90 seconds. They are meant to be consumed cold.
